Return Policy – 60 Days
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Beauty items or personal hygiene products cannot be returned once used for safety and hygiene reasons.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund has been approved.
